Meet Baley – Color Specialist, Stylist & Nail Tech

Baley is a dynamic and cherished member of the Art Works team. Since nearly the beginning, she has played a key role as a front desk and floor assistant — and now, she’s expanded her talents even further. Baley studied at the Dalton Institute of Esthetics and Cosmetology, where she became a licensed Hair Stylist and Nail Technician, graduating in September of 2025.

Her dedication, positivity, and energy have earned her affectionate nicknames from the team, like “Butterfly” and “Cinderella.” Everything she does is infused with a joyful spirit that lifts up everyone around her.

Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of watching Baley grow from a young girl discovering her path into a confident, hardworking woman — and now, into the talented stylist she is today. She brings her skills, creativity, and uplifting energy to every client experience from behind the chair.

It’s been an honor to witness her journey, and we’re incredibly proud to have Baley on our team as she continues to shine in this exciting new chapter of her career.
