Meet Michelle – Color Specialist, Stylist & Nail Tech

Michelle is an eclectic and highly skilled artist who has been working in the professional beauty industry since 2000. Her journey began at a beauty school in Phoenix, Arizona. After graduating, she spent her first year apprenticing in a salon before opening her own full-service space, where she specialized in multi-dimensional color and precision cuts.

She later moved her career to Chicago, where she owned and operated successful studios for over 13 years. In 2018, Michelle relocated to Georgia, taking on leadership roles in both salons and barbershops before officially joining the Art Works crew in 2023.

Michelle is now a seasoned Color and Cut Specialist, a Certified Extension Specialist, and trained in All-Nutrient Color Systems. She also offers spa manicures and expert nail care — so if you’re looking for a relaxing, pampering experience, she’s your go-to professional.

Outside of the salon, Michelle is a proud mother of two and grandmother of three (hard to believe — we know!). She shares life with her wonderful fiancé and embraces a lifestyle centered around yoga, nature, and peace. Whether she’s hiking or relaxing by the water, Michelle lives each day with intention and joy.
